  5. Foreword:

  7.      If you liked the DrummerZ™ MIDI drum patterns collection you will like SMG's DrumShop™. Unfortunately (but fortunately for me), the DrummerZ™ collection is cannot be distributed anymore as a shareware product.  Which means that if you paid your shareware fee you can still use it and distribute freely the songs you composed using my patterns. You just cannot distribute/resell/include on a CD-Rom (etc.) the original distribution archive of DrummerZ™ (-> "drummer-z-midi.hqx" or "DrummerZ™.sea"). If you didn't pay, well,  you are supposed to have destroyed your copy anyway, and you'll live with your conscience ;-) . If you wish to pay your shareware fee, be welcome, and pay for SMG's DrumShop™ instead...

  9. SMG's DrumShop™:

  11.      SMG's DrumShop™ is a collection of drum patterns in Standard Midi File (SMF) format. All rythms where played live on a DrumKat™ and sequenced on Master Tracks Pro™.
  12.      This collection is shareware and sells for 20$ US. If you find this collection useful, please pay your shareware fee as did numerous other users. Please do so by sending cash by snail mail at:

  19. There is no copyright on the rythms themselves but SMG keep the rights on the SMG's DrumShop™ distribution archive (.hqx, .sea or .zip formats). If you distribute a song containing one of the patterns just include somewhere in your file: "Drums sequenced by Stéphane Jose - SMG Productions".
